Thanks. I figured it was the westin and the other was the fairmont. Just ended up booking pan pacific for $149 straight from their site with a free double upgrade offer on right now.

Unfortunately not really. They all have the same accessibility related one for the blind, the wheel chair etc...but none have any other major amenities listed. There are 7 accessibility related claims on each of them.
