I think I saw amenities. I was deciding between the one I selected and another area, so it's possible I got confused. I'll try again from home when i can use a real web browser. I did notice right after I purchased this for $100, the price for the same zone and rating dropped to $97.

Gotcha. Sorry about that. I'm having trouble finding the list of amenities..do I need to create a Hotwire account? I used the "Sign in to Your Account" optoin on left of the page that came up after I clicked My Account. I only see one entry under My Trips, and when I click for details, I see the regular confirmation page (no list of amenities). Where am I going wrong?

I selected the Prince Hotel for $174. I had a coupon for another website that knocked that down another $20. Using the PRICELINE links, I went up to $155 for 4* in the Marina zone, but no luck.

I did see the Prince hotel available on MAPS and HOTELS.com. I tried a few more bids today, up to $150, using the PRICELINE links. I might try a few more tomorrow. Thank you for the help!

To close this out..I wound up booking on another website for their listed price. I got tired of Priceline. Thank you for all your help! I hope you get some credit from me clicking your PRICELINE links over and over.

Yes, I saw 4* as available to bid on in the Marina Zone. Just checked, the Prince hotel is available for direct purchase ($179), and I can still select 4* in the Marina zone. I was only searching for one room, using the defaults. The only amenities listed are "Guest Score 8/10 or Higher".

Ideally, I would like to bid no more than $150 for a hotel that's close to the beach and around 4*. I think the marina area is a bit far from the beach, so I haven't been considering it. I guess I'll continue bidding up to the $150 range and see what I come up with. I'll continue to use the PRICELINE links on the board. I see that a few other people have won hotels for much less than $150...I guess the reason I'm not seeing it is because Priceline isn't offering the same deals right now?

I tried several times to book something for 4* or Resort in the Waikiki Beach Area zone, but everything is rejected. I'm looking at 2 dates, for one night each: checkins on Nov 28th & Dec 10th. I'd like to get a better hotel on 28th than 10th, but I haven't looked at locations for lower class hotels to figure out if they're near the beach or not so I've been restricting myself to Resort or 4*.
