This was 4th try for 3.5* for Fairfax on these dates. Have stayed at hotel, so have a good idea of what to expect. Here are bids rejected: 11AUG: 3* for Fairfax @ $70, and 3* for Fairfax & Tysons @ $75 12AUG: 3.5* for Fairfax @ $80, and 3* for Fairfax & Tysons @ 85 13AUG: 3* Fairfax & Tysons @ $91 Hotel is quite nice. The one amenity we were not thrilled with was that free wifi available only in Lobby area.

Incorrectly listed Priceline winning 3* bid as Fair Oaks. Sorry. This is new property near intersection of Chain Bridge Road (Route 123) and Highway 66. Fabulous stay. Very helpful personnel. Property is approximately 1 year old. Very contemporary decor. Kitchen in studio suite was pretty good. Walk in shower with great counter space. Very good soundroofing. TV swivels for viewing from all angles in room. Very comfortable bed. Great nearby restaurants and transportation. Free breakfast was pretty good. In discussion with other guests, heard that rates usually run about $190/night, so felt good about $110 bid/win.

Probably should have started lower. They accepted first bid. Will be first time at this property.

This is a tough market Monday-Thursday nights, so pleased with $110 for nights of Tuesday and Wednesday.

First-time bidder here. Tried $85 and $95 for both Center & Downtown but they were rejected. We are VERY happy with $100+taxes being accepted!
