  1. If you can, check out a one-way from COS and return it to DEN. That's what I had to do. You can either rent a car from DEN or order a shuttle (costs around $115 for a family of four). You'll easily save that going through the Springs. Hope that helps...
  2. I've been checking on prices for DEN for over a month - both on Hotwire and through bidding on Priceline. I'm traveling on 7/23-7/30 with both the arrival and return at 7pm. We need something at least as large as a standard. Prices, however, have been off the charts. I bid up to $42 the other day and still no luck. A couple months ago I got a car from Dallas for $14. Anybody know whats going on? Please advise...
  3. Tried $71, $72, $73, and finally accepted $74. Great place, on it's own island! Unfortunately, there's a $17 resort fee and a $32 parking fee. I called and was able to get the parking down to $25. I also received a room upgrade because all the rooms with two queens were booked (even though I was originally booked for a king). Great staff that are willing to work with you.
  4. 7/23/12-7/30/12 Been trying for three days. Had tried $48, $52, $55, & $60. Finally took $63 on the third day. Definitely more than past bids for Spring months, but summer in COS is much more populated. Happy that it's a lot cheaper than the base price, and has free parking/internet/breakfast. Unhappy that it's a Marriott because they are the most difficult hotel to work with when trying to change rooms.
