Thank you so much for your feedback. We are close to pulling the trigger as the prices on the 5* which are likely Venetian and Palazzo have come down to $186 USD. I did another search using the HOTWIRE link and I just wanted to confirm that your guess for the All-Suites hotel was the Venetian and NOT the Palazzo. I ask because the All-Suites hotel has a 95% rating and the Casino hotel has 90% and a bit lower on the satisfaction scores. Although both hotels are excellent sister properties, our preference is the Palazzo and we would like to get that if possible. Please let me know your thoughts. I also wanted to see if the 4* Center Strip hotel on the same search (7/1-7/3, 2 rooms, 2 adults each room) is best guess Paris. Booked for our trip next month. Was debating getting an apartment due to the higher price for hotels in LA but she prefers hotels. Good price for the area but will have to pay for parking.

Tried my hand at Name Your Own Price using the bidding method preferred here. Scored a great deal for a weekend where prices seem high. While not my first choice, it will be nice to check out this new hotel!

We ended up staying at the Monte Carlo on this strip. My brother in law knows someone at the hotel and was able to get a great deal on it.

The highest I can go for 5* is 120. I am more comfortable with a 4* and was wondering how you got to the ~100 estimate.The board shows that some users have been able to get TI for significantly less than that.

If possible, I would like to stay away from the Trump, just from reading the mixed reviews on here and elsewhere. I have bid upto $68 for the 4* and $110 for 5*

We will only be there one night but I would like something near the strip. I know it's hard to do Friday night since people come there for a full weekend. I did find a good deal on HOTWIRE this morning for what likely would've been the Tropicana-Hampton Inn but unfortunately I think it went away this afternoon.

I am looking for a 4* hotel on or near the strip and have tried the rebidding strategy and have come up short so far. I have tried for both 4* and 5*. I have bid up to 110 for 5* as well. Dates are 4/13/12-4/14/12 any help I can get is very much appreciated Thanks
