It is resort class. The nicest hotel brand hotel in Savannah in my opinion. they have the world famous greenbriar spa. It is across the river from the historic area, but they provide a 3 minute water trolley that takes you back and forth (the last one running at 10:30 pm, the first one 9:00 am) we ate dinner at this hotel 3 years ago for thanksgiving. our dates are thanksgiving week this year. i had bid last summer in savannah and got the doubletree (it was raddison then) for $78. We are very pleased with both bids. The Doubletree is on the far side of bay street (historic area).
