Hi, could People outside of USA and Canada bit at Priceline ? I was bitting the hotel in LA, CA, but the after I give the price, I was asked to fill in billing street and credit infomation,but I'm not live in US. It seems I can't bit without being an US or Canada Citizen. Could anyone help me? Thanks!
