It is the Westin Wall Center Vancouver Airport. It is currently the only 4 star in the area i know of participating in HOTWIRE / PRICELINE. Use PRICELINE and score it for at least 20% under hotwire price, usually $75 - $90. I do this frequently. Good luck!
