Yes, you are correct - I just booked on hotwire for Jan.26-28/2012 and it came up as the Hyatt Pier 66. I called the Hyatt and asked them about a resort fee and they told me they don't charge resort fees. Anyway the price was great for that time of year and it saved me from using my air miles on the Westin which would have been much more in air miles or money.
