Old English Inn at $156 or Magnolia at $180 I am sure there are other options, but these are two I was eyeing and hoping to get a lower room at the Marriott or Fairmont via Priceline.

2 rooms for the night of 7/3/05 at $70/room. Holiday Inn Mart Plaza. Amenities: Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Business, Laundry. Also used the GIFTCARD06 and saved additional $10/room!

It wasn't the NMA area, it is the Magnificant Mile (Wacker Drive). We went for it and the 3* for $70 was the Holiday Inn City Mart. Thanks for your help.
