  1. First time to Seattle and won't have a car. Planning on public transportation to and from airport and around city and maybe rent a bike. That being said, would like to spend about $150/night. Was also told to stay west of I-5, but not sure that is possible with bidding. I have always been confused on the rebidding, so not sure whether to start at the 4* then go to 3.5* or the other way around. Will be traveling in 2 weeks, so have time. Thanks for any help.
  2. clicked on the PRICELINE link on this site and went for the 3.5* which was posting at $288 and bid $128 and got the washington court hotel. checked the rate directly with the hotel and it would have been $218. it was too easy and probably should have started lower.
  3. i would like to spend about $160 for a 4* and $125 for a 3*, but not sure how realistic that is.
  4. i am willing to pay between 150 and 200, prefer to pay closer to 150 and would love to get a 4* at that price. thanks.
  5. i am willing to stay in a small place within 15 minutes of a subway station. i'm like anyone else want to pay the least for the best :-) definitely less than 200 and as close to 150 as i can.
  6. last stop on my trip through the northeast is boston. looking to spend less than $200. doing the typical touristy things, just want to hop on the subway to get around. taking the train in and flying out. any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks.
  7. i am also looking for a place in nyc. i am going to be doing the typical tourist stuff and just want to hop on a subway to get around town. i am thinking downtown, soho, financial district or empire state building area might be cheaper than msg or times square area, but i could be wrong. any ideas for less than $200? i will be arriving and departing penn central station. thanks.
