I need to find a hotel in manhattan for 9/17 - 9/21. Hoping I can get a 4* or above for less than $250/night after fees. Have been looking at midtown manhattan, time square, madison square garden areas. Your help is appreciated.

Thanks for the recommendations but how do I get those prices? If I look at the hotel directly prices are about 50-70 more before fees. Under hot Rates I get $226 (3*) and $272 (4*).

I no longer see the TS 3* and the TS 4* is now $286. The MSG 3* is now $199, 90% recommended, and has the following icons: Fitness Center, Restaurant, Business Center, High Speed Internet Access Can you recommend any decent locations? The rooms will only be used for sleeping and showering. I am only know the selected areas from other threads. Thanks.

Looking at flights from LAX to NYC. Have seen $314 ($345 after tax) to LGA. How low should I go with an offer? In the past my flights was at 11:30pm to NYC. Now it seems like the cheapest flights are in the AM on Sat? Are typical Sat flights to NYC in the morning? I am using both the Hotwire and PRICELINE links for my searches. Thanks.

Looking for 2 rooms in NYC for 4 adults 1 teenager from 8/21 thru 8/25. Was thinking TS but would consider other areas. It will be the first family visit to NYC. We will do all the tourist things so a central location would be nice. In another thread MTE was also recommended. I would prefer saving on hotel to spend on the tourist attractions.
