Started at 60 and went up to 81. Same day needed a room tonight for work. Very happy with win, Expedia has room rate at 287.00. Nice 4 star to compete with the Dulles Hyatt. First time win for me at this property.

Two Rooms: Started at 85, rejected offered ability to free rebid at 112, passed and used my rebid zone and increased $10. Sold at $95.
