So, I am trying to get a hotel in the 3.5-4 range for 9/20-9/22 in Rittenhouse Square through Priceline. I started the bid at 75 yesterday. Then I bid 80 and for some reason it went through.. but it still failed. Now, when I try to bid, it's not letting me. I would go down a star to 3.0 but I am not sure there are any hotels in that range in the area? How do I do that trick to let me bid again? What neighborhoods can I bid on?

The dates of my trip are this weekend 7/9-7/11.

I will call them again, I actually put in a ticket their website, too.
