bid 15 for compact it was rejected changed car type to mid size and went to $19 and it was accepted. and used the SavingsBarn.com link....thanks
Okay just bid again and got Hyatt Regency Coral Gables 130 per night. How crazy is that I went all the way up to 195 per night and got nothing and today got it for 130.00 thank god my other requests were rejected
No I would like to stay away from SOBE, didn't really want to split the bid on such a short trip. Should I just go as high as 200?
No I went for
Coconut Grove
Key Biscayne
Miami Beach
North Miami Beack
at least 5 different zones and I even tried last night up to 195.00 and nothing.
Bid for a resort and 4 star for 3/9 - 3/15 started at 120 then went to
130
140
150
160
165
175
and still nothing, do I really have to go as high as 200 a night or should I wait until the day gets closer. I have been bidding for about 2 weeks
Thanks for all you great advice. I'll do some digging and let you know it turns out.
I can fly from JFk or LGA and yes they are non-stop but you are correct they are late night flights leaving NY at 11:00 p.m. Or for an extra 10.00 p/p I can leave earlier.
These are all through AmericanWest.com, yes you're right the flight is at 11:00 p.m. at night. I can take an earleir flight but guess what it will cost me more.
I think you're right, the Monte Carlo or Ballys is the best bet. I found the Mirage 583.90 p/p with air from NY.
MGM Grand 597.00 p.p w/air
Monte Carlo 534.40 w/air
New York New York 548.90 w/air
What do you think?
I would rather not split the days
Splitting the bid would mean I would have to pid per night right? I would rather not, but if it meant I could get a good deal then okay. BUt that would mean I could have a different hotel each time right?
What about Vegas?
Okay I updated the other posts so everyone else can see......Sorry
I tried Atlantic City 3 times highest bid was 205 per night. I saw on HOTWIRE it was about 227.00 per night to get something so I'm still trying.
I've been trying for about a month now for Maui the Sheraton. I am not going to bid for Kauai, my back up deal works out better. I bid as high as 180 per night in Maui because I saw that some folks we getting 150 and 170 but I haven't had any luck. I will keep trying.
Hi Sure,
I have been bidding for Maui for a while now, I have been seeing the Sheraton come up for 150.00 and 170.00 though this website, so I thought I would get that one. As of yet I have not had any luck but I keep trying. The highest I've bid for Maui was 180.00 and I haven't had any luck. I haven't bid for Kauai. Atlantic city was hard, I bid as high as 205.00 per night 3* and no luck. I have back-ups for all the trips but I was hoping to pay less.
Looking to stay on the Las Vegas Strip from 07/15 - 07/19. First time ever in Vegas so I was looking for 4* or better on the strip. Any idea on where to start bidding. Budget is around 500.00 for the hotel stay.
Hmmm perhaps I'll take my chances, if I choose A/C it's possible I'll get A/C west right?
I would be happy with anything on the Boradwalk so I can go as high as 200.00 per night

Was looking for a convertible but went as high as 40 per day and got noting, Hotwire has it for 52.00 per day. So re-bid for standard car @ 22.00. Guess I can use the money I saved for a SOBE dinner :) . Avis website has the car for 42.00 per day.
