I wanted to avoid the Eugene Hilton's parking fees, so I spent a few days bidding upwards in Springfield. Started at $45 and slowly worked up. Every time, I got a counter offer of $56 or $57. This morning, I got it for $50. I think this is a new property for the board, so you may want to add it to the list.
Used the PRICELINE link (obvs).
I started off at 3* (same price), then moved down to 2.5, and got this. 4 rooms.
