I used your PRICELINE link and booked two rooms through Priceline March 16-18. I got the Back Bay Hotel for $140. I took a chance and bid separately for one room on the 15th and I got the same hotel at the same rate.

Hotwire choices changed and bed option was no longer available so I booked directly through a hotel and did not bid on a hotel. If I had bid, I would have used your link.

I want to bid on a 4* in the Boston Common area. We will be travelling with friends so I want to bid on 2 rooms but we will be be staying March 15-18 and they will be staying March 16-18. Is there anyway to guarantee we are at the same hotel?

My guess is Hotel Raffaello which would be great but I can also get this on Expedia for $136/night (taxes more) so I'm not sure if it's worth the gamble. We want to be close to the Magnificent Mile.

Both bids accepted on first try. We bid on second room weeks after winning first so I decided to try a lower bid.

I booked through the PRICELINE link on this site and my bid of $105 for a 3.5* was accepted for travel 21/12/09 - 31/12/09. The hotel is the Sheraton Nassau Beach. Thanks for all the information on this site. I started bidding at $80 and went up by $5 increments by changing my travel dates and I bid over a few days usually doing 2 or 3 bids per day. Thanks!
