  1. Ok, tried another PRICELINE bid, (used your link) because HOTWIRE was now on 152$ for the 4*

I eventually bid 140$ a night for 8 night stay. I got the Warwick New York 4* I checked the Warwick website, saved me a 1000$ with the hotel.

I'm not totally happy with my win, but I guess it is ok, Location's good anyway.

    Thank you for you help

Do you guys think I can try the 20$ trick at this hotel?

  2. Hi all,

I have been bidding (and using the right link :) for a Hotel in New York City from March 21st until 29th 2011.

I have been up to 125$ for a 4* and 115 for a 3,5* and till now no success.

I also tried 125$ 4* for just the weekdays monday/friday also with no success.

Preferably in one of the following area's:

    Mid-town East

    Mid-town West

    Central Park South

    And as 2nd:

    Upper-west Side

    Times Square

    Hell's kitchen

I am also willing to split the weekend, so 5 days and 3 days over the weekend in a different hotel (and also different area) Soho, FD i.e

Please advise, should I wait longer?

  3. Hi Guys,

I'm quite experienced with priceline I have to say :) , but now I don't know what to do.

I'm trying to find a 3.5 and preferably a 4 star hotel within the Washington DC regions:

    Dupont Circle - Woodley Park

    White House - Downtown

Convention Ctr - Capitol Hill area

    for 10/04/09 until 10/07/09 - 3 days

In the forum I see all kinds of win for around $80 a night for a 4 start hotel.

I tried bidding up to $110 for the regions above. But still no luck. Is there some conference in town or is it just the peak season? Parhaps waiting util the date gets closer might lower the prices? but they could also go trough the roof!

    Please advice.

    Thanks in advance,
