Well, even though my plans aren't "firm", I appreciate your time spent researching which Hotel it is/was because if the price was to drop fifty dollars, then my plan to purchase the room would become firm! So... Thank you for your time! :)
No... :) I was just curious!
Oh yeah... :) I wanted one night on the 11th of June!
I was wondering which Hotel a 4.5* in MidtownEast would be? Ammenities are Fitness, restaurant, business center, high speed internet and a spa. There is also one listed as a four* with the same ammenities. Any suggestions? Thanks!
I was actually just putting in random dates. I do not yet have a set date. I will post again with the requested information at a later date! Thank you.
Have a quick question. Looked at the Florida Hotel list and didn't see anything about a 3.5 star Condo in Naples. Was wondering if anyone knew what property it could possibly be. Also a 3* "resort" Hotel on Marco Island. Was wondering if anyone knows what Resort Hotel that may be. Summer is coming quickly. I have a feeling there will be a lot of new Hotels listinG on Hotwire! Can't wait for my next deal!
I booked a stay though the link on Betterbidding.com for a stay in Chicago. Afterwatchingsomeone post they had booked a 4.5* (forthe same time as I wanted to go) and got the Soffitel. So I booked that afternoon and received the Sofitel. Couldn't have asked for a better location or a better hotel. It was an incredible stay!
What was the price you paid?
The same as worldtraveler85! $126.00 With taxes for two nights it came to $295. I think that's pretty incredible. I'll give up gold status with Hilton for these prices :-)
My friend and I are going to Chicago on 4-3-09 thru 4-6-09. We have a room for the first night but needed two more nights somewhere. Everywhere I looked, the prices were over two hundred a night! I started looking into Hotwire, then betterbidding.com. I was really not sure about bidding on HOTWIRE because I had read stories of getting just one double bed at some hotels. If I was going with my husband, that would be fine but I didn't want a double bed to share wuith my girlfriend! After reading on Monday that "Worldtraveler85" had bid $129. for the 4.5 NMA goldcoast area and received the Sofitel, I felt confident enough to bid. I registered with betterbidding.com, went throught their HOTWIRE link and received the Sofitel! It looks like a nice hotel on their website. I hope the location is good!
I was wondering though if it is unacceptable to phone the Sofitel and ask if a room with double beds could be requested. Is this unheard of? Since it's my first hotwire bid (certainly not my last!!) I thought I could ask this question as a newbie... Thank you.
