Downgraded to 2.5* and got Hotel Zero Degrees. Was $62.70 after taxes and fees.
Excellent hotel. Rooms and bath were quite spacious.
Complimentary wi-fi and a delicious complimentary breakfast.
Free access to YMCA adjacent to hotel.
