Any help you can give me with the following would be greatly appreciated.
I am looking for 3 rooms for 1 night 10/16/10. 5 adults/3kids.
The options are as follows:
3* $59 fitness, pool, restaurant, business center, HPIA
or 2 1/2 * $49 Comp breakfast, Fitness, pool, laundry, HSIA
Any thoughs on what these two could be?
Thanks
I booked the Palmer House for $69 - 2 room for 2 nights over Easter weekend.
Listed amenities were Fitness Center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s),
Business Center, and High-speed Internet Access.
I used the better bidding HOTWIRE link. I love this sight!
This was the Embassy Suites Lakefront. $108 for the night of 12/12/09. Another good hotwire deal considering that it is a 2 room suite and includes breakfast.
Looking for a second opinion on the following hotwire option:
Chicago Mag Mile/Streeterville 2 rooms one night on 12/12 4 adults 4 children
3 1/2* $108
Suite
Complimentary breakfast
Excercise room
pool
restaurant
business center
HS internet access
Not listed as customer favorite.
I'm hoping that it might be the Embassy Suites Lakefront. Any other possibilities that you think it might be?
I went ahead and tried to PRICELINE NMA/Streeterville just for kicks. When I lost at $65, I decided to go back to HOTWIRE because Palmer House was my first choice. If was indeed the Palmer House at $82 per night.
This is an awesome win as we will be there for the Chicago Thanksgiving Parade which is at street level of the hotel!
Thanks for your help! And yes I used the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links!
I'm looking for a second or third opinion on the following Hotwire hotel:
11/25/09 -11/27/09 2 nights - 2 rooms for 3 adults 3 children
4* Chicago Loop $82 with the following amenities:
exercise room
pool
restaurant
business center
internet access.
My guess is the Palmer House Hilton.
I ended up using PRICELINE for this and got the 3 star Homewood Suites for $122. I bid $100, and I got the counter offer asking if I wanted to bid $22 more. It's not the best deal I've gotten, but everything seems high for that night. Must be something going on in Seattle.
Thanks for your help.
I think I just closed my San Juan thread. So I am now trying to "bump" this one. I am a beginner at this, so please bear with me.
I am looking at a 3 star Seattle Downtown - Pike Place for 8/13 one room/one night/two people.
Amenities are Complimentary Breakfast, Fitness Center, Business Center, Laundry, and High Speed Internet Access.
Any idea what this might be?
I am doing a post cruise stay and 4 other couples that I'm traveling with won the Intercontinental when the 4 star was listed as a customer favorite.
Here are my details:
June 14 - 16
2 adults/3 kids 2 rooms
4 star $104
Detailed amentities from "see all amenities" include:
Resort, Beach, Casino, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business Center, Laundry Facilities, HS Internet Access, Tennis Nearby, and Spa Services
Customer favorite is not listed.
I'm guessing this is the Intercontinental as that is the only one that matches the hotel list, other than it is not a customer favorite. Any second opinions would be appreciated.

Thanks for the advice. I ended up using PRICELINE (from your link), and bid $45 for a 3 1/2 and lost. I rebid at $50 and got the got the Hyatt Regency Woodfield Schaumburg! I think that is a great win, given their rate online is $89.
