I tried $11 for an Economy car and did not get it (they offered me $13, but I declined).
I offered $12 for a Compact car and was accepted. I received a Hertz car. This is for less than two days (pick-up Friday afternoon and drop off Sunday morning).

I tried yesterday at $10 for an economy car and then $11, $12, and $13 for the next levels up. I won today at $11 for an economy car with Budget Rent a Car for three days starting tomorrow morning (March 5-7). Total with taxes was $58.33.
