Right now I looked at Hotwire for the first time and found a 4* hotel for $52 on 1/09/09-1/11/09. The amenities are:
airport shuttle
fitness center
pool
restaurant
business center
laundry facilities
high-speed internet access
It's marked with "best value."
I'm a newbie to this and can't figure out if this is an error or a legit deal. I looked in past posts on this board and didn't see any wins with this amount of discounting. Is there some catch here?
