I thought that was the hotwire policy. He only offered me 1 king bed. After I told him I had my family with me he told me I was lucky they had a cancellation on a double room. I wanted to tell him that if they can't comply with hotwire rules then don't sell rooms on the site, but I just wanted a room with 2 beds and 8 hours of sleep.

Just finished our stay at this hotel. The room was fine, bit one issue. The manager on duty said they did not guarantee 2 beds with the hotwire rates. I told him I reserved it with 2 adults and 2 children. He told me it didn't matter and the hotwire rates only ensure a room not the number of beds. Is this correct?

Just booked the Radisson Airport PHX North for $64. Dates are 3/26/11-3/27/11. I have been looking for the past few days on hotwire for the PHX airport area and this one popped in tonight. This Radisson must be back to a 3*. The Hotwire hotel list had it listed as a 3.5*.

After checking Hotwire for a couple of weeks, finally purchased the Holiday Inn Express in Fisherman's Wharf for $106/night. Best advance purchase price on other sites was $162.

Traveling with family(2 adults and 2 kids). Will the hotel automatically reserve a room with 2 beds or is a phone call worthwhile to ensure we have 2 beds? I indicated 2 adults and 2 children when booking
