  1. Forgot to list the amenitites. They are - shuttle, fitness center, pool, rest., busness cntr, laundry. I'm a little apprehensive about this stay since the reviews are pretty bad, but its just 2 nights and we could always go home after the ball game instead of staying the 2nd night if its really bad.

  2. I got the Holiday Inn City Centre (rated 3*) for $59 for 6/15-6/17 thru SB. Didn't see a 3* on the list, so now its identified. After reading reviews on trip advisor, this doesn't look very promising. I'll let you know. Thanks for all the help you provide, it really is appreciated.

  3. I put in 2 rooms (because I don't want to pay for everyone else upfront) & I'm ok with not everyone staying in the same place (but it would be nice) Here's the amenities

Boutique, Fitness Center, Pool, Resturant, business Center, High Speed Internet, golf, Tennis

I also put in for 3 rooms for 1 night and got the same description for $115. On the vacation package part it matches the Renaissance on 17th St. You best guess?

  4. This 4* came up at $112 for 2/9/07 - 2/11/07. Would really like to know what this is. Everything so far is very expensive for those dates. We are going to need at least 5 rooms for 2 nights and another 7 or 8 for one night. We are attending the wedding of our nephew on a cruise on the 11th. Please help or give other suggestions. I know its early, but needing so many rooms, thought I'd get a head start. Linda :)

  5. Sorry, gone for awhile, had to take freshman dd to another Big10 school. Our dates are Nov.3-8. I started at $80 and added re-bidding zone at $5 increments until accepted at 95. Does anyone know if there is construction going on at this hotel? Seems I ready something about that. Anyway, it will be our 32nd anniversary and our friends 30th and our first trip to Ofrt Lauderdale that wasn't going on a cruise. Anybody have restaurant suggestions? Thanks

  6. Have started looking at hotels in San Juan for pre-cruise for 2 days for 7/30. I know its very early, but I like to get everything done. There are 4 of us (2 teens) & have a cancellable backup at the Embassy Suites for $180/nite. Would really like to be on the beach and the girls to have their own room. Started bidding at $65 on priceline for san juan & Dorado. Was rejected (of course) can go up to 120. Would hope to stay away from Wyndham Condado, unless it has been renovated since spring 2002. Stayed there for 6 days. Not really worth the money. Rates on hotel websites Marriott-$169; Inter-Continental-158; Wy.Condado-225; Radisson $125; Caribe Hilton-225. Hotwire had the Radisson (I'm assuming)96; Hyatt Dorado 175; Caribe Hilton 212;Condado 153. Have never before tried priceline for San Juan. Seems it should be off season?? Any help would be appreciated.
