Started at $51, then $56, then $61, then $66. Was offerred a free rebid if I increased by $17-I declined.
Then I bid $71 and won the Airport Hilton, formerly Wyndham!
Tried 41,51,55,58, then $60.
I intended to book my last hotel using your HOTWIRE link as I have found your board very helpful. However as I was reading the $10 off coupon for Hotwire in the Entertainment Coupon it specified you must start your search using their link. Do you know if they can track which link one uses to book their room. In other words if i use your link will they be able to tell, and deny my coupon. Thanks for all your help and i will defnitely use your link in the future, as I usually book several rooms per year.
Booked FLL Diplomat Country Club and Spa 11/18/07 $119+taxes/fees 4.5* Hollywood
Thanks for all your help!
Welcome to BetterBidding! Are you refering to the Westin Diplomat or the Diplomat Country Club and Spa?
What are the amenities that HOTWIRE associates with the hotel you're seeing?
Actually, I have been a member under the septrack handle for several years and appreciate all your hard work. (Changed my email and had trouble posting and reactivation)
The only Diplomat listed under your Hotwire FLL hotel list is the Diplomat Country Club and Spa. However it states Amenities: none shown by Hotwire. The amenities shown for this hotel currently on Hotwire are:
Resort
Boutique Hotel
Fitness Center
Pool
Restaurant(s)
High Speed Internet Access
Golf Nearby
Tennis Nearby
Spa Services
FYI, I am looking for the night of Nov 18th.
Thanks Again
Am considering using the HOTWIRE link to book the 4.5* hotel in FLL assumed to be The Diplomat. I am a little cautious because I have heard that sometimes Resorts charge extra resort fees. Can anyone confirm if and how much this fee might be at the FLL Diplomat.
TIA

I used the PRICELINE logo on your mainpage where you input your dates and destination. I assume it is the same link as the one you linked above? Am I correct?
