Sorry, you are correct, the amenities were business center and high speed internet.
Star level was 4 though.
Thanks.
$116. 6/3-6/4
Came up as 4*, shows amenities fitness & high-speed internet.
Hotel list should be corrected (shows 3.5*)
Can confirm that as of 2 days ago there was nothing at 3.5+ for 11/14/09 (only) in TS,CPS,MTE,MTW up to $165
I'm not sure how you got a hotel in Trenton -- that is outside the Princeton West map area. I just bid $48 for Princeton West (using better bidding PRICELINE link) and got the Hyatt Carnegie Center for one night, 10/16/09-10/17/09. If you only chose Princeton west map on your bid, you should only get hotels above I-95 and below Alexander Road, at least 10 miles north of Trenton.
They redid the zones a couple weeks ago.
Won on first bid. Very friendly, very clean. Surprised to get a Courtyard so cheap--perhaps region is struggling?
Hertz, First bid, possibly could have gone lower.
2 rooms
Bid in $5 increments from $75 for 4* in Embarcadero, USE, Soma
Up to $90 then bid in $2 increments, hit at $100

Hotwire Hot Rate room type
in Questions and Suggestions
Posted
I'm interested to know if the discount listed next to the hot rate on Hotwire reflects the particular room type that you will get, or if it is a general number for the property that carries no additional meaning.
For example, you see a Hot rate of $125 that says "50% off". Assume it is fairly obvious what the hotel is given the zone and Tripadvisor info. This hotel has rates on other sites of $170 for a king room and $250 for a suite. Interestingly, only the $250 suites are bookable on the non-opaque section of Hotwire. Also interestingly, when you put in 3 guests instead of 2, the hot rate changes from $125 to $200.
If I book the hot rate of $125 (for two people), am I likely to get a suite or a king room? On the one hand it's crazy to expect a particular room type on an opaque reservation. On the other, if I get a king, wouldn't it have been a bit misleading to say "50% off"? Anyone know enough about how the bookings work to say?
