I was able to get a 3.5* in the Disney area (Royal Plaza) for $55 for Sunday, 5/31. It is off of exit 68 and very close to Disney. I think it is actually a Disney hotel. I had not heard of it before I bid (and won). Good Luck on your efforts.
I was thinking of starting my bidding at $75 per night and going up to $100 (utilizing all available zones). Thanks
Thanks for everyones help. We did not end up traveling to the Orlando area over the Thanksgiving or Christmas Holidays last year.
I am looking to bid on a 4* hotel in Daytona Beach for 8/22 & 8/23. I know that a year ago, Priceline did not list 4* hotels but they do now. Can anyone tell me what the 4* hotels are in Daytona Beach for PRICELINE? Thanks
Just curious, was this a 4* or a resort that you bid on? I would be very surprised if you were successful in getting a resort for $60. Resorts are usually $90+ in the Orlando area. Thanks
What is your maximum budget this time?
Well, I have been seeing bids of $93 to $100 being accepted for Resorts (Gaylord Palms & Omni @ Champions Gate), so if possible I was hoping to get a Resort for $100 or under. Thanks for all advice / help.
I am looking to book a resort for 2 nights, 11/22 & 11/23 in the Disney World or Sea World area. Last year, I successfully got the Omni Champions Gate for $100 per night, but I see where some resorts are accepting lower bids than that this year. Any help or info is appreciated. Thanks
:) We stayed at this hotel (Doubletree Suites - Southpark) off of Morrison last weekend (Memorial Day). It is about 1 step above a dump. Priceline should be ashamed of giving this hotel a 3*. Our bid was $82 and was accepted on the first attempt.
