Would like 3.5* + hotel rating. Budget is 150$/night or under. Preferabley in the fisherman’s warth, financial district, or union square east. 2 adults wanting to do tourist stuff on a budget. All help is greatly appreciated. Thank you. 

I am looking to book 2/3-2/6 in San Fran. preferabley fishermans warth, financial district, or union square east. I was hoping to find something 3.5* or better for under 150$/night. I’ve only used hotwire blind once for vegas and loved it but i was familiar with the area. Haven’t been to SF since i was a kid, i’m looking to do tourist stuff. Just 2 of us. All help is so greatly appreciated.
