Avid traveler but have never used Priceline Negotiator.
Seeking between a 2.5-3.5 star hotel in the Vanderbilt or Downtown Nashville area. Have found a 2.5 for $88 on Hotwire. Now seeing if I can get a better deal with the Negotiator.

What should I bid?! Should I go for a higher star and bid low? Any advice to a newbie?
