Rate is 113 now, supposed to be 249 per night.
Amenities: Business center, Restaurant, Pet friendly, Self service laundry, Internet access, Fitness center, smoke-free rooms.

Down town area - wall street for 16-18MAR would also be cool if there is a 4* hotel available under 140.
It shows that it is the best deal district in this duration.
