  1. Thanks for the link to the BiddingHelper tool. Now I see more amenities as follows:

Free breakfast, Free parking, Free Internet, Pet friendly, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business center, Self-service laundry, Internet access, Golf nearby, Kitchenette, Accessible for visually impaired, Accessible for hearing impaired, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom, Accessible parking, Roll-in shower

And the price is $63USD ($84 was CDN) for 2 adults and 2 children.

I'm looking for a decent (3* and up) hotel near disneyworld with a good breakfast.

  2. Hi Everyone,

First post, great information I've read on the board so far. Family of 5 (young kids) looking to travel July 20-25 to explore NYC for the first time. Price and convenience are equally important. From my research I'm comfortable with $100 max. bid price for 2.5* and up anywhere from UWS and UES all the way south the DT, alternatively in LIC and Brooklyn. Close proximity to transit is important. Free parking/internet/breakfast is preferable.

What should my strategy be? When should I bid - now or closer to travel date? What day of the week?

Cheapest I've found so far is 2* LIC hotel for $104 on Priceline.Express and 2.5* LIC hotel for $89 on Hot.wire.

    Your help is appreciated!
