When I try to bid in priceline on a hotel, I have to fill in a billing address. The only country that I can use are US or Canada. Because I live in the Netherlands, I don't have a billing address in the US. I wrote an email to Priceline, and in the answer they wrote:
"At this time, to book a restricted reservation and allow us to pick your
hotel/rental partner, you will need to provide a credit/debit card with
a billing address within the United States or Canada."
Does this mean I cannot bid as a European? Or don't I understand it correctly? And if this is true, is there a way around this problem?
thanks for your answers.
do I need a US-credit card to bid on Priceline?
