I just the price drop yesterday evening and succeeded to priceline it for $145 (I started bidding at $90 and last not accepted price was $140)
Thanks, I'm going to try again.
Another question: is it possible to know what 4* hotels are the priceline options for South strip?
Anyway, I'll use your link and let you know.
Hi,
Thanks for the strategy, unfortunately it did not work. Do you know how much time do I have to wait before bidding again ?
well, the advertized price was $229 but now it is $199 (the Venetian web site). If I can get it for up to $150 I'm willing to go for it
Thanks so much for the help.
I'd like to try the 5* for a start even for a higher rete (what bid should I put? priceline or hotwire?)
If not, I'll go with one of your suggestions.
After I'll do that I'll be more than happy to share with you the outcome.
Hi,
I am a new member here and you guys are just amazing.
I am looking to book a 5* hotel for 12/27 - 12/29 (which is just between 2 hi season dates). My budget is $130 a night.
The venetian hotel site has the price for $229. What do you think will be a decent priceline offer.
My other choice is a 4* hotel, though I want to guarantee the MGM grand or Mandalay bay.
Would appreciate your help

Need help in bidding strategy for the Westin Princeville Hotel for 05/12-05/15.
Hotwire price (I identified the hotel since it's the only 4* in Princeville) is $137
Thanks,
