This is how I did the bidding while the problem is still on going. Bid as usual without sign-in, go to your mytrip page on separate tab/window and check if the bid was successful. If not , repeat as usual and recheck mytrip information. Make sure to refresh the page to make sure that all bids are noted. If the bid was accepted, it will show on the mytrip. Hope this helps
Having the same problem since yesterday. Called Priceline, CSR seemed clueless about this issue. Express side is OK.

To get this property, make sure it has 9+ rating with those amenities because there is another 4.5 express in the same area of 8+ rating.
Didn't want to bid because of the other not so desirable property.

Park Central and SMU areas were expensive for that stay.
My regular Houston Westchase is no longer a good deal because of $3/night attached to the bid if Hilton Galleria is the most likely bid taker. So I went with Brookhollow area. Hope this helps
