Thanks for your help. Not looking for any one thing. Free internet would be nice. But really just trying to get the best deal I can. A good hotel with the biggest savings. I was going to go with 4*(The W?)but if I can get a 3 or 3 1/2 for $25 a night cheaper with more amenities that would be good. I just don't want it to be a big step down. That % recommededs makes me a little nervous. Thank agian
I forgot to mention I change my dates. It is now 5/17 to 5/25. The same 3 1/2 is there now the price is 183.00. There is also a new 3 star for 205.00 and also 70% with the following amenities.
Boutique Hotel
Smoke Free Rooms
Fitness Center
Restaurant
Busness Center
High-Speed Internet Access
Also why is a 3 star more than a 3 1/2 star? How important are the recommended percentage? Thanks agian for your help
Should I worry about a recommend percentage thats only 70 or 75 percent
This one is 3 1/2 stars and 70% recommended in USE for 166.00

My best guess for this one would be the Hotel Union Square (114 Powell St.)

Really looking to stay in ts. Seen a few that looked good and a couple that were suggested. The crown plaza, marriott, hilton ts, millennium. Just seen anther last night andra? On 5th. Pretty open for ideas. Looking for a high floor and would like to look out at ts. Thanks for any suggestions
Per night. I thought booking direct would be my best bet. Thanks for the info.
Going to New York City May 12th to May 16th for the first time. Planning to stay in Times Square. Would like a good room and with a nice view. Should I use a web site were I can pick our room? Should I use hotwire or priceline and if so which one? I was looking to stay at a four star or higher and spending about 350 to 400.
How come Hotwire for Times Sqaure in New York City have hotels that are on multiple star ratings? The Intercontintel is on three. 4 Star, 41/2 star, and five star. Then there are others on 4 and 41/2 and some on 41/2 and 5

I was just trying to get an ID on same hotel. My dates are 5/17 to 5/25 for $187.00.Trip advisor 3.5 out of 5 & 80% recommended. I've seen it all morning. I was thinking it could be Hotel Cartwright or Executive Vintage?
