Won this today. Research done showed Hyatt Ziva was the only 4.5 star all-inclusive property on Hotwire in the area that was not adults-only; so was fairly confident that it was the Hyatt. Very happy with the win since I have been tracking prices on both Hyatt's and third-party websites for the last while and I am saving around $800 for the stay after factoring in taxes etc.
This was my second attempt; my first attempt three days ago (initial and free rebids) of $36, $37 and $38 yielded nothing.
Since I was running out of time, I decided I would start my initial bid higher than I usually do for a 3* for YYZ Airport.
My first bid of US$38 was accepted. It's funny how the inventory changes over a mere three day period.
I have been getting the Renaissance at US$36 upteenth times for the last two months. A little sad to have to 'move' to the Doubletree as the Renaissance is a really nice hotel at the 3* level.
I had won this hotel at $36 almost 2 weeks ago on a different stay.
Decided to see if this hotel can be won at lower bids.
Started the bid at $35, bid rejected.
Added Toronto downtown as a 'free' rebid at $36, the bid was accepted. Taxes and fees are $10.38, to a total of $46.38.
Just wanted to add a note that Toronto downtown is not technically a free rebid zone for 3* (Scarborough is a free rebid for the 3* level) because there are 3* hotels in that zone. However, the lowest winning bids historically are much higher than the $36 that can be had around the airport area. So for free rebidding purposes, for me, Toronto downtown is a free rebid zone for this level.
Thanks for the welcome. I'll be staying around the Toronto airport at least 3 or 4 times each month for the next few months. I'll be sure to post my bids as reference for everyone else.
This was a last minute bid, so I was quite pleased to have my bid accepted.
Overall, I give this property a thumbs up. Nice lobby, nice staff, nice room. Complimentary airport shuttle (every 20 mins) gives this property an edge over some other 3 stars in the area.

Yes, I just relooked and the amenities I missed out on listing in original post are: Tennis nearby, Spa services.
The $536 is the room rate per night before taxes and fees. i.e. the number you see on the screen after entering your parameters.
For greater clarity, the $536 rate was for 2 adults and 1 child; the rate for 2 adults only was $428.
Yes it's super expensive, but it is the peak season and with Irma's damage to many resorts in other parts of the Caribbean, I have a feeling that there is going to be increased demand on peak travel resorts in unscathed areas, like Mexico.
