  1. I believe we got it through priceline.com. But, I was hoping to find some personal experiences on this board. From what I have read, there are mixed reviews regarding the service and room conditions. Since I've already booked the room, we are definitely staying there. I just wanted to see if anyone here might have some advice or comments. You know, kind of start a conversation with other travellers.

  2. My wife just got off the phone with BA, after getting a FULL REFUND of 4 $9.00 charges. Apparently there is a check box on Priceline to receive a 10.00 coupon which also gets you into BA free for 7 days. After that they automatically deduct $9.00 per month, unless you contact them to cancel. She told them (BA) how deceptive their program is, and threatened to report them to the Texas Attorney General's office. The person receiving the call has apparently heard these complaints before, but was still a bit agitated, and got more "tough" as the conversation progressed. The BA accounts (2), one for each time we used Priceline, are now cancelled, and we should have our refund, full and complete, within 3 to 5 business days. Here's their contact Info.:
