this was not as good as my previous win in Paris. Made countless bid in Canadian fund the last one turned down was 85 dollars, then made a mistake to relog and forget to set the currency to Canadian, bid 90 US funds ..and got accepted at 90...while express deal was giving the same 4 * (maybe) for 74 dollars US

 

I contacted priceline about their 10% or 20 % refund policies when your "winning" bid is higher than the express deal price. Of course i didn't win the argument with priceline.

 

I've been to that hotel before and it's still a great place to go.

While not quite the deal you hoped (I'll guess the PRICELINE EXPRESS deal is a different property), still a decent result. Glad you have enjoyed this property previously and are looking forward to another stay.
