MelodyH Posted April 14, 2017 Report Share Posted April 14, 2017 Just saved $96 a night over the advertised rate on Marriott's website price for rewards members ($161 per night) and $104 over the Priceline Express Deal (where, exactly is the deal you might ask) which is listed as $169... Pretty pumped to have saved this much. Also learned that you should never book a PRICELINE EXPRESS deal without checking the hotel's own website first. Link to comment

Glad you are pleased with the win and are looking forward to your stay. The PRICELINE EXPRESS and bidding sides of the service are separate and what one side of the service has does not necessarily mean that that's the hotel you'll get from the other side. The 4* that I'm seeing on the PRICELINE EXPRESS side in this zone is for a different property - but I will note that the hotel you got is definitely preferable over the different one showing on the PRICELINE EXPRESS side.
