thereuare
Welcome to BetterBidding! Please start by reading your messages (which will also remove the red box at the top of the page and make the board easier to navigate) I believe there may be more amenities for some of the hotels above then what you have posted above as HOTWIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you click thru a few extra links. If you repeat your search using our BiddingHelper.com tool... use the HOTWIRE EASY VIEW tab and then click the GREEN BUTTON next to each of these listings, do you see more amenities (including any accessible amenities) then what you have listed above? Also, please post rates in US Dollars (you can change the dropdown menu on the top right of HOTWIRE's home page) as it makes it easier for us to find the same hotel among the offers, as well as makes rates posted to the board consistent and not subject to interpretation based upon future currency fluctuations. I know this is an expensive time of year in NYC, but are you willing to pay $300+(USD) per nite for his trip? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPS and HOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. momin
Yes very expensive weekend...It's a birthday, so I'm not really flexible with the time. Budget is 300 USD/night. Normally 250 CDN lands me a nice place in NYC but not this weekend. Here's the info from BiddingHelper.com.com Hotel 1: 247 USD FULL AMENITIES: Free Internet, Fitness center, Business center, Internet access Hotel 2: 333 USD FULL AMENITIES: Pet friendly, Boutique hotel, Fitness center, Restaurant(s), Business center, Internet access Hope that helps Link to comment
thereuare
I would agree with each of your guesses of the Holiday Inn NYC - Lower East Side for the $247/nite hotel... and the Wyndham Garden Chinatown for the $333/nite hotel. I will also add, that although not in the LES or Chelsea zones, if you're looking for a very nice hotel for this occasion, you may want to consider this 4.5* Downtown hotel (confirm your dates on the landing page) for $287/nite with Pets Allowed, Restaurant, Free Internet, Business Center, Fitness Center ... my guess here would be the Andaz Wall Street which gets great reviews. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPS and HOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Let us know which you decide and how it goes or if we can be of further help. momin
I ended up using PRICELINE to get the Wyndham Garden for $320/night Link to comment

Please remember to follow-up your threads with your wins/decisions as you make them (even if you don't ultimately use PRICELINE / HOTWIRE, cancel the trip, book direct, etc) as this help keep the board better organized and more useful for everyone... as well as being a courtesy to anyone who took the time to help with your travel plans. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Hope you enjoyed your stay and time in NYC.
