tharman4
I need some help here if possible. I was pretty close to booking a Priceline Express Deal last night until I stumbled upon one at Travelocity. I was able to figure out the Priceline hotel, which I would be ok with but the pool was a bit small so I kept looking. Can someone help me figure out what hotel this is? thereuare
It's not clear from your post if this is on Travelocity or HOTWIRE, but i think i see the same hotel on HOTWIRE: Resort Boutique Oceanfront Smoke Free Fitness Pool Restaurant Business Hi-Speed Internet Spa If this is what you're seeing the i don't have much insight into this property, the W Fort Lauderdale would be a guess, but i'm not certain. What is the PRICELINE EXPRESS property that you think you have identified? (and what is the room rate per nite, star rating, and amenities associated with it?) Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or our Travelocity link if you go that route. Let us know how it goes or if we can be of further help. tharman4
The 4 star on Price.line is the Hyatt Pier 66, which is nice, but it is 3 blocks off the beach. : ( Link to comment
AaronJB
Would the potential W be more appealing? Thank you for keeping us updated on what you decide and let us know if you have additional questions. tharman4
It really would! FWIW, I reached out to the W and they offered me $299 per night which was a lot cheaper than all of the travel sites. I also reached out to Pelican Grand Bay and they matched the $299 price with an oceanfront Queen Suite. I am going to see if either of them will wave the resort fee and go any deeper on rate. Tough choice to go with the hotels direct or do the top secret deal on Travel.ocity hoping that it truly is the W. Link to comment
AaronJB
Thank you for keeping us updated and please let us know if you have additional questions. Additionally, Travel.ocity's discount listings are powered by HOTWIRE, so you should see the same on both services (Expe.dia, too.)
