Empire state area - only amenities is pets allowed

It's difficult to have too much confidence in any guess with only one amenity showing (and especially when that amenity is non-descriptive and common for the area)... but my guess for this one would be the St. Giles The Court.

To finish this thread:

 

Did not book VIA PRICELINE EXPRESS,

 

Had a sweet deal for booking.com,

 

which ended up with tax in the same price. 

 

paying 240 for 4 nights @ Cassa Hotel

 

Last room? Not even sure, but scooped it up. 

 

Caveat: Booking.com sucks if i didn't read the fine print, seeing that i would owe 14.75% tax after is BS, should include those into the prices like their parent company. Even if the price i got the room for was crazy low for some reason.
