AaronJB
I'm seeing a 4.5* in the Millennium Park-Loop-Grant Park zone w/:Indoor pool(s)Smoke Free RoomsFitness CenterPool(s)Restaurant(s)Business CenterInternet accessTennis NearbyThis would possibly be the Swiss. If so, very nice hotel and terrific location by the river. I'm seeing a 4* in the Millennium Park-Loop-Grant Park zone that's designated as boutique and has this amenity set:Pet friendlyBoutique HotelRestaurant(s)Business CenterInternet accessSpa ServicesAccessible bathroomRoll-in showerThis would be a possible match for the Burnham. If the Burnham, that's a really neat property that is architecturally significant and was beautifully restored. This would be more in the Central Loop. If these two are the Swiss and the Burnham, you can't really go wrong either way, it's more what you would prefer: The Swiss is a modern property right on the river, so easy walk to Michigan Ave to the North and easy walk to Art Institute and Millennium Park to the South. Also, definite potential for nice views, given where the Swiss is. Lake view is an upgrade, but you could try asking. The Burnham is a classic property that isn't seen as a win that often and mixes a modern feel with classic architecture. It's more in the Central Loop, which is fine, but just a little more of a walk (or you could take the subway) if you wanted to go North to River North/NMA area.
