Priceline Hotel: How do you identify an Express Deal

I have seen people ask for assistance with identifying an 'Express Deal' and then helpful people giving them suggestions on the most likely hotel that would fit the description. I am wondering how you all figure this out? We just found out that we are staying 2 days pre-cruise in Fort Lauderdale on 4/5 and 4/6 and see a PRICELINE EXPRESS Deal for a 3 Star Hotel on Fort Lauderdale Beach going for $106 per night. Sounds like a FANTASTIC deal, but am a bit leary at that low of a price. The amenities shown are: indoor or outdoor pool, business center, and bed choice available. Should I assume that those are the only amenities? Any assistance would be very appreciated. Thank you :)

I need to book a last minute trip to Fort Lauderdale and there are hardly any decent hotels left for the dates we are going (April 4 & 5). I found this deal and am wondering if anyone has an idea what hotel it may be? I am looking at the Hotwire Hotel List for Fort Lauderdale and can't seem to find one that matches. I am hoping that since it is 4* that it will be good? Here are the amenities, what do you think???

If you go back to HOTWIRE and click the red SHOW ME button next to this offer (the one with the price in it), then on the ensuing page click the 'See all' link under the amenities, do you see more than what you've posted above?

Thank you for your assistance ~ I wasn't able to get the deal I was looking at and ended up booking directly through the hotel for this trip. However, I have had GREAT success with Priceline in the past and am planning to use either HOTWIRE or PRICELINE on future vacations!!
