  1. I booked through Hotwire the following Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort 4.0* Fort Lauderdale Beach Area for 7/22 - 7/23 listed for $123 per night. Resort, Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Smoke Free, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Golf, Spa, Room Accessible, Bathroom Accessible, Roll-in Shower Thanks!
  2. Are the alerts for Hotwire for just the category like a 4.5 star in Fort Lauderdale beach or is it coupled with the actual hotel associated with that selection (i.e. one we have determined for instance the Atlantic Hotel)?
  3. Not specifically looking for the W Fort Lauderdale. Primarily a beachfront or near beach location for 2 adults and 2 children either Hollywood Beach (Margaritaville in particular) or Fort Lauderdale Beach (most likely The Atlantic Hotel and Spa, W Fort Lauderdale). I think I can monitor to prices since I have several weeks before my trip. I expect prices to drop a little particularly 3 - 4 weeks before the stay (although this may not apply as well during the summer months). Thanks.
  4. OK. Thought this was the W Fort Lauderdale based on the Hotel List for Priceline Express but now that I see the room choices include a full kitchen, that makes sense. Thank you.
  5. Looking at a Priceline Express 4.5* Fort Lauderdale Beach Area for 7/22 - 7/23 listed for $125 per night. Ft Lauderdale Beach Area Rated 8.0 out of 10 (or higher) Pets Allowed Restaurant Indoor Swimming Pool Indoor or Outdoor Pool Fitness Center
  6. I decided to go with the hotel in 4.5* Hotel in Downtown Miami which was the InterContinnental for July 13 - 15. AmenitiesFree internet, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business center, Internet access, Spa services AccessibilityAccessible for visually impaired, Accessible for hearing impaired, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom, Accessible parking, Roll-in shower
  7. Any idea of this property? Looking at a 3.5* Hotel for Fort Lauderdale (Downtown Las Olas) July 13 to 15 for 2 adults and 2 kids (7 and 9 years old) for $91.00 per night. Amenities: Near Beach, Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Complimentary Breakfast, Smoke Free, Free Internet, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Kitchenette, Pet Friendly
  8. Thanks. We decided to book directly with Embassy Suites Lake Buena Vista. Thanks for your help!
  9. Looking for a Disney Property (Bonnet Creek) other than Pop Century or All Star that is for 2 adults and 2 kids (7 and 9) for 1 night. Price in the range up to $250 per night. Thanks for the help.
  10. We decided not to book for this time period. Thanks for your help.
  11. This is a 4* Hotel shown for $196.00 for 11/10/17 - 11/11/17 stay for 2 adults and 2 childern under 10 with a $27.00 resort fee and 90% recommended. It shows 118 Hotwire reviews and only a 3.5 rating from TripAdvisor. I would think Bally's because of TripAdvisor rating but 90% Hotwire approval seems high for Bally's based on memory (admittedly probably years ago). The 90% seems more in line with Cesar's. FULL AMENITIES: Free Internet, Casino, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business center, Internet access, Golf nearby, Spa services Thanks
  12. I decided to go with the 3.5* Riverside Hotel in Las Olas for $119.00 plus the extra $15 off thru BB. FULL AMENITIES: Free Internet, Pet friendly, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business center, Internet access, Golf nearby, Accessible bathroom, Roll-in shower Since I am not renting a car for this one day stay after a cruise, I can get to different areas (Hollywood Beach, Fort Lauderdale Beach) by water taxi (already have a groupon for this) or the Las Olas trolley. The area is nice for walking as well with a Walk Score of 93 and I have stayed there before. Thanks!
  13. Listed for $183 for 1 night for 2 people checking in 10/15 and checking out 10/16 FULL AMENITIES: Free Internet, Resort, Beachfront hotel, Airport shuttle, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business center, Self-service laundry, Internet access, Golf nearby, Spa services, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom This hotel charges a resort fee of about $22.00 per room per night Initially thought the Pelican Grand Beach but now thinking it could be the B Ocean Resort or Sonesta based on resort fees. Thanks,
  14. My wife decided to go another route. Thanks for the information.
