KOA Full Size 04/29-05/09 $9/day. Alamo. Bid $7/day for Full Size, Standard and Mid-Size. Rejected each time. Increased bid to $8. Rejected on FS and Standard. Accepted on midsize. Was offered to upgrade to standard or FS for $1/day more. Since Alamo has reclassed its cars (crap cars like a Kia Spectra are now mid-sized), I accepted the upgrade to FS. 10 days, $90 and $157 after taxes. $60 cheaper than best available rate which was achieveable only by using coupon codes and corporate rate codes. Normal rates were ~$300. Used the PRICELINE link. Go Blue!
