    Help Savannah Historic District

I don't see that one available. All I see on HOTWIRE are 2 hotels for the historic district--the Westin and Courtyard--listed at $149 and $169...
  9. Please help. I am looking for a hotel in Savannah (Historic District). I want a 3* or higher for 9/3-9/6; max budget $85. Can you advise with a bidding strategy. I was thinking about starting my bidding up to $85 for a 3.5* and then trying up to $70 for a 3*. Does this make sense and is there a way to do this? Thank you!
