  2. Assumed it would be the Restoration based on star rating and bed types. Very pleased with result for a 1BR Studio for March in Charleston. Amenities: Pet Friendly Ourdoor Pool Spa Restaurant Handicap Assessible
  3. 4. Room price: $ 48.00 Room subtotal: 144.00 Taxes and fees: 36.96 BB 5% Discount: - 7.20 Total: 173.76 I was pleasantly surprised, because the PRICELINE EXPRESS Bidding offer said the hotel was approved by 7/10 guests, and the non-Express list had the Marriott with a guest score of 8.9/10. Amenities listed: Accessible facilities Business Center Fitness Center Free Internet Free Internet In Public Areas Free parking Non-smoking Rooms Outdoor Pool Pool Restaurant Swimming Pool Another hotel was showing up at $58, which I knew would be the Omni because I was given a hint that I had stayed there before. Used Better Bidding coupon and PRICELINE link. Thanks as always!
  5. Went ahead and booked the boutique and got the Harbor View Inn as expected. Used BetterBidding HOTWIRE link with the $30 off. Thanks. Amenities Free Internet Boutique hotel Near beach Smoke-free rooms Fitness center Pool(s) Restaurant(s) Business center Internet access Spa services
  6. I did confirm the amenities you listed are the full amenities. So #1 is likely the Hyatt Centric, but calling that a 4* is a stretch. Assuming the 4* at $214 with the amenities listed below is the Harbor View, I just need to decide whether that's worth $12 more per night than the Fess Parker. Free Internet Boutique hotel Near beach Smoke-free rooms Fitness center Pool(s) Restaurant(s) Business center Internet access Spa services
  7. Update: #1 is down to $152 There's now a 4* showing in Montecito/Summerland for $253 Message says "Book soon! The last person got the Montecito Inn" Amenities: Free breakfast Free Internet Business center Fitness center Golf nearby Near beach Pool(s) Smoke-free room If that's likely the Montecito Inn, what is #1?
  8. Two different 4* Santa Barbara Beach area 7/16 - 7/20 #1: $169 ($232 crossed out) Amenities: Free Internet Business center Fitness center Near beach Pet friendly Pool(s) Restaurant(s) Smoke-free room #2 $202 ($297 crossed out) Amenities: Airport shuttle Business center Fitness center Internet access Near beach Pet friendly Pool(s) Restaurant(s) Self-service laundry I'm thinking #2 is the Fess Parker Doubltree because of the free shuttle. I don't think either of them is the Harbor View Inn because there's another 4* Boutique listed for $214. Is #1 possibly the Montecito Inn? But wouldn't that be listed in the Montecito area instead of Santa Barbara Waterfront?
  9. Amenities listed: Business Center Restaurant Free Internet Indoor or Outdoor Pool Fitness Center No Smoking Rooms/Facilities
  10. Room price: $ 58.00 Room subtotal: 116.00 Taxes and fees: 28.98 BB 5% Discount: 5.80 Total: 139.18 Omni as expected. Tried bid your own price up to $54, totaling $136, without success. Used Better Bidding coupon and PRICELINE link. Thanks as always!
  11. I should have added that there was a $56 offer for a 4* in this area available on PRICELINE EXPRESS Deals. When this same situation occurred in June, the Name your own price hotel turned out to be the Hilton Post Oak, so I was expecting that one. But I prefer the Marriott because they honor Elite status even on Priceline stays.
  12. Started at $45 per night and increased at $1 increments by using free re-bids. $129 on the regular Priceline website. Used betterbidding.com PRICELINE link.
  13. PRICELINE EXPRESS bid was available at $75. $189 on Hilton website. Started at $50 and raised using rebids. Used the PRICELINE link from betterbidding.
  14. Bid for Austin South or Downtown. Started at $55 with an extra 7% discounted added on. Went up increments using free rebids until bid accepted. Lowest non-refundable Hilton rate on Priceline site was $125, and the lowest PRICELINE EXPRESS Deal in either area for a 3* was over $130. Used better bidding.com PRICELINE link.
  15. How common is it for PRICELINE EXPRESS Deals not to list any amenities or customer rating?
