I registered on this site in the hopes that you could help me with a Priceline bid for a rental car for YYZ (Toronto Airport) from July 31st - August 4th. None of my bids have gone through (so far have tried $20, $25, $28). Should I wait until the last minute or go higher now? Is there any way to see what the winning bids have been on rental cars? I'm a frequent PRICELINE user and never had a problem until now.
